Dr. Leach is simply incredible. She was extremely thorough with both of my special needs dogs. She really takes her time, listens, and genuinely cares. I've never felt so confident in the care my senior dogs have received. I am so happy to have found 5280 Veterinary Care!

I recently got a puppy, and I've never gotten a dog before so I'm pretty clueless. I've passed 5280 vet before and decided to go with them from how clean it looked and the great reviews. Well their reviews don't lie! Truly they are the nicest, most understanding and helpful staff i've ever been in contact with- ever. I set up an appointment for a normal check up but a couple days before the appointment my puppy was having health issues. I have had an excellent experience with 5280 Vet Care so far. I took my 2.5 yr old adopted German Shepherd in November for his first visit w/ his new parents. He is an anxious little boy, but the front staff, tech, and doc all treated him so sweet, as if he were their own. The vet was with us for a good amount of time and answered all of our questions, without ever making us feel like any of them were dumb (which I'm sure some were). Dr. Chase was so awesome with my cat Oreo, and definitely will be a returning customer. The staff was so polite and patient, it truly was a great experience. During my visit, I was greeted promptly with care and didn't feel rushed. My cat has been having breathing issues, and the staff was so patient with my cat. Their recommendations and solutions for my cat wasn't pressuring me to doing any X-rays right away, but to make sure the medicine they suggested would help before going down that road. We take both our dogs here and really like the friendly and helpful staff, they are very flexible with appointments and always seem to want to help. They are accommodating to our busy schedules and will continue to bring both of the dogs here in the future.

I've taken another of our cats here before, but we recently acquired a new cat from a semi-hoarding situation. They were great with Thomas and not judgmental about his previous situation or his terrible teeth. They explained the extra charges before doing anything and understood that cost might be a factor. They were very gentle with Thomas, who's a bit frail at the moment, and explained all of our future options and their cost very clearly. First time dog owner and first time going to the vet ever. Dr. Marr and the staff were very accommodating, helpful and honest. It seems they want the best services and prices for their customers. They were patient with my new dog mom questions and very insightful. They may be this way with every dog but they all seemed to really like my dog which makes this dog mama proud. Easy to find, clean facility and kind staff.

Dr. Leech has great bedside manner. She was not condescending or over explaining, but definitely answered me questions. We will be transferring our pet care to this clinic.
