This is a somewhat casual location with an eclectic mix of decor. The hamburger was okay but they put tomato and lettuce on the bottom of the meat patty so everything slid, which made trying to eat the burger a balancing act. Would like to have had more than salt and pepper on the table as well as extra napkins (See photos). The waitress was concise and seemed to be constantly racing to take care of too many tables. Probably will not return.
Great atmosphere and exceptional service. Our waitress was extremely pleasant, thoughtful, and very hospitable. This added to the total value of the experience. The food I unfortunately cannot provide similar praise. The presentation of the food was very good and appealed to my preconceived notion of savoriness. The food itself was overall too salty. The food was prepared well. The service was horrible... and it was slow. Unfortunately, we had to speak with a manager who apparently knew there was an issue because we weren't the only ones who complained.
Shout out to Julian for the great customer service over the last 13 years. Our family has been coming here for the last 13 years and we have always had a good experience. Yesterday we saw our very first waiter when we started going there and he recognized us. He always makes us feel welcome and provides that customer importance that businesses lack nowadays. Thanks, Julian. Keep up the great work. Not very many like you anymore.
Absolutely delicious. Chicken fried chicken, mashed potatoes, and Mac and cheese all on point. The star of the plate was the biscuit which had a nice explosion of flavor to compliment the mashed potatoes. Thank me later. :-p
