We had a great experience with the carry-out tonight. Initially we had substituted a caesar salad for a side on a sandwich and never received it. It happens. It was a busy night with a lot of cars waiting and it was during the dinner rush. We didn't realize we were missing the salad until we got back home, on the North side of Blue Springs. We called the restaurant and made arrangements to get the replacement salad. When I got there to pick it up, I was pleasantly surprised. They went above and beyond in fixing the error.
