Steak was cooked n seasoned just right. Very tasty. The ribs were good. But my baked potato was burnt tasting alil. Cheese cake was amazing.
I frequent the Shiloh location fairly often and every time I eat in the service is great and the food is great but lately when I order to go the food is terrible. I ordered to go today, get home and I have a very small piece of meat, very few fries which is surprising since I asked for a double order of fries and there was no biscuit. I’m disappointed. First timer. Excellent experience and atmosphere. Had the chicken/shrimp alfredo. Excellent. Would like to see alittle larger portions. Definately will be back.
We’ve been to the Shiloh, IL location several times and have had excellent service and wonderful food! Yesterday our party had steak cooked to perfection, delicious wings (both bone in and boneless), and delicious soup and salad. Our waitress kept our drinks refilled and was very polite and efficient. No complaints at all!
We had a 6 person party and I have to say that the ambience, customer service, cleanliness, and the food was delightful. Our drinks were very tasty..we left with leftovers and we will be returning.
Came March 10 about 730pm..was very busy..waited 40 min for a table...noticed many tables dirty not being cleaned and asked " Not enough bussers ? " and was told its like this all the time...hmmm. Once seated service was great...but you need to bus tables faster to seat more. At one point 6 tables were dirty and at diff times. Give me a tub will clean them all in 10 mins.
Hubby wanted a burger last night and we headed over here to get some. He had the basic. I had an Avocado Bacon Burger. We both took half home. Fries too. I had eaten all the avocado at the restaurant. He finished his for dinner. I had mine for lunch today. You know you’ve had a good burger when it tastes good the next day from the microwave. Fries were good reheated too. Two thumbs up! 👍🏽👍🏽
