The entire process of obtaining a HELOC went smoothly. Carla in Howland and the other girls - Tonia, Maria, Brittany all were very helpful in explaining the process and answering all of our questions.
Great was very simple process
Paid off the vehicle (early) been waiting weeks for them tonrelease my title to me. Still waiting everytime I call they say "give it 2 or 3 more days",that was almost 12 days ago. Horrible customer service people and quite possibly the slowest people to ever fill a piece of paper out. They are so backed up it takes an hour on hold to talk to someone. This is ridiculious. Save yourself a lot of troubles and just use someone else, these people have no clue what they are doing besides the predatory lending part of the job.
