Worst apartment This has to be the worst apartment I've ever lived at. I signed a lease with the previous management, and when the new management came in, it only got worse. This is the only apartment I know that refuses to accept packages on behalf of their tenants. The security gates are broken every other week. We've had security issues that they do little to nothing about. The nighttime security guard is seen sleeping when I go work out at 5:30 am, and basically useless. Worst Management and Property Around This apartment complex is the worst. I lived there for two years and the garage gates never worked. Cars were broken into, people were assulted in the parking lots, homeless people slept in the elevators, the residential buildings reeked of trash and pot. The gym was broken into and all the TVs were stolen. When I moved in, it took me several weeks to get the apartment to a clean state. The carpet was worn out. Terrible Maintenance I have been living here for 8 months and ill leave as soon as my lease is up. I have been waiting for 2 months for them to fix a leaky roof in my apartments and have just been given the run around with no signs of repair coming anytime soon.

Do Yourself a Favor and Look Elsewhere This apartment complex is AWFUL! They make you think that you're getting a nice place to live in with a great location, but then they hardly keep good on any of their promises. They took away the pool and the gym from us. Also, they never answer the phone if you have questions, no matter how simple they may be, and they are completely disinterested in anything and everything you have to say to them. I like my unit okay enough, but the garage is way too small to fit any normal car in, so... read more

75 West This apartment complex is in a convenient location and provides some good and desirable amenities. However, as appealing as 2 pools and a gym sound, some of their other amenities, (billiards, game room) mainly those located on the resident services building, are only available during work hours (M-F 9am to 6pm). As far as the gated community goes, the gates may be working or they may not. They fix this issue constantly, but you will constantly still see the gates wide open for anyone to come in.
