This place is decent for the price. The apartments are fairly nice and have a modern touch. The main issue I have is the small mechanical errors such as the toilet being loose, the lights flickering, and the sink dripping. Other than that it has been a good living experience and I recommend it to first time apartment owners.
Like anywhere else, this place will be what you make of it. There's a lot of convenience for a low cost. The management has the tenants' best interests in mind. The location is close enough to walk to the western side of campus in ten or 15 minutes. It's close to starbucks and lucky's market. All in all it's nice. 1-star ratings are mostly by youthful individuals who've never had to do their own laundry being overwhelmed by the newfound responsibility of being an adult, and sharing that responsibility with housemates. whatev... read more
