Verified Renter 7East is the best place I have lived in Austin. The staff is great, there are tons of well maintained amenities, and the culture and location can't be beat. You are within walking distance of so many great spots, but tucked just far enough back to still feel private and not constantly surrounded by people. I love it!

Great apartment community so close to downtown! We have lived here for a little over 6 months and absolutely love it. The building is brand new and in the perfect location on the Eastside. We can walk to so many restaurants, bars, coffee shops, or even downtown. We didn't know much about the location when we first visited, but the leasing office staff is amazing and a large part of the reason we moved here. The Property Manager Brenda showed us around the first time and she is awesome. We had so much fun touring the building... read more
