I wouldn't recommend Novo to anyone, their service and apartments are absolutely TERRIBLE... I currently live here and it's absolutely terrible.... The entire building is infested with mice, I have no screens in my windows, my vents are open so anything can crawl through, the halls are always dirty and smelly, there is always trash outside of the building and those are just a few things wrong... I literally contact them on a WEEKLY BASIS AND IT'S ALWAYS THE SAME THING, WE WILL SEND SOMEONE TO FIX THE PROBLEM BUT THEY NEVER D... read more
