They installed the cheapest floor in my home they could find Before I moved in they said my washer overflowed because my daughter did a load of laundry which was impossible because we didn’t even live there yet I had a brand new washer and it has never overflowed so this in turn ruined the floor in the laundry room and they never fixed it the work was done by Floors by Design
The floors turned out nice! The only issue I had was the installers were not very careful when bringing in the new carpets. They scraped off paint on every room they went into! We are remodeling our home and just painted the inside!!! So, after they left, we had to repaint every doorway! They also put the closet doors in the hallway while installing the carpets.
