Worst customer service for a 1st time customer caller for a repair on a washer the lady was rude and said my appliance was out of warranty and in fact it is less than 4 months old and when whirpool called her back she said they refuse to work on it because of a verbal assault this is definitely a place who is not kid or adult friendly she has a chip on her sholder im glad there not working with...
Ran me around, 4 visits to put 1 heating element in my stove, and phone calls telling me they will be out to fix between 8-5 im like no we set a time for 5 minutes of work, so we resheduled for 8 days later, with a set time, guess although i was suppost to be the first stop he didnt show up until half an hour after the time slt ended, for 5 minutes of work, not happy
