A1 installed our furnace, central air and ductwork in our house when it was built in 2011. We bought the house in 2012 from the original owners. Since 2016 we have had issues with our central air once or twice a season. It has a refrigerant leak somewhere, but none of the HVAC guys I've have had look at it can find it. I would not recommend A1 to do business with. They installed my system years ago. I found out I needed the heat exchanger replaced in my carrier. I found Out carrier was replacing the heat exchanger under warranty,parts an labor. I called A1 an ask to have them do the repair.i was told I would have to pay the labor.only the part was under warranty.
