Schedule too long way too expensive
I dont know why we are having such a hard time when they have so many great reviews but we are going on a year now and the work is still not completed. Tear off and replace was impressively fast but they took out 2 of our roof vents and didnt replace them and didn't fill them in with wood so it was just a soft spot where they used to be, this took 2 months of constant calls to get it fixed and they also forgot to put in 2 additional roof vents on an addition that didn't have a ridge vent, this too about 10 months of complai... read more
Had issues with their installation.
we asked for someone to come and give us an estimate on our roof leaking. They called 25 minutes before they were supposed to be there and said will not and can not come. We took time off from work to make sure we would be available.
Set up a time for them to come to look at my roof and they never showed. Had to call the office and was told they were on their way. 25 mins later I called again and told them to forgot it (which apparently they already had).
Never got back to me when I contacted them because my roof was leaking.�
