Incredible service, AND a great location! The manager, Tim, is friendly, professional, and patient. He took the time to answer my long list of questions while I went through the contract, and worked with me on a complicated situation. He and Manuela have both been eager and ready to help with anything, and the move-in process was so much less stressful than I expected. The facility is both cleaner and more secure than my last two facilities, and with better access hours! I feel so much less stressed already!
Easy rental online. they had all my paperwork ready when I got there. We did an inspection of space and she gave me a quick tutorial of how the code and locks work. Carts are available for free to move items with no hassles. Recommend this place.
We have visited couple storage units in the area to find the one for us. A-1 self-storage was our final choice because: 1. Customer service is great, you can really trust the call to go through and somebody will provide you with any help you may need. 2. Visit A-1 at Belmont location today first time. The services are great, the price is amazing, and Manuela who helped me here is super! I would highly recommend to come check it out. they take walk-ins if you need a tour. and don’t forget to check any promotion they are running!
The Minute my wife and I walked into the office we were greeted with friendly smiles. Manuela was our A-1guide and she was very thorough and made sure everything was explained and answered all the questions we had.
