The storage unit was fine but I got two price increases during the two year time which I thought was not handled very well.

We, like most storage companies, move in customers at discounted rates and review those rates at 5-6 months and sometimes make adjustments accordingly. We then review rates again after another 12 months and evaluate market conditions and pricing.
I just want to say great customer service with Arlene the floor manager at the time we had come in on Tuesday morning and rented a 10 x 10 storage. But it wasnt the one we wanted and they didn't have one available at that time, so she said she would have one on Friday. Friday came and still didn't have one available. We were thinking of canceling so she said she would reached out to us on Saturday and told us that there was one available but still not the one we wanted so she said that she would give us a little bit larger ... read more
