Second time renting a locker here. Check in was so easy with the manager. Took
Rented a unit at this place for my mom and had a great experience. Very Kind and very Professional store manager helped us securing the rental, I think her name is Jackie and she mentioned she is new to the company. After our conversation during the rental process I can tell that she has a lot of expertise in this field. We went to few more places before we went to A-1 storage and decided to rent with them due to great customer service and very clean and well kept facility. Jackie was super helpful and got us set up right away! She walked us through everything and made sure everything was up to standards and all the codes worked before giving us the unit which was very nice. Space is nicely sized, clean and well-kept.
Jackie has been nothing less than unmatched when it comes to customer service. I have always felt like I was interrupting the manager when I needed answers to questions only a manager would know. She never gives you the stupid chills that I've had elsewhere, and goes the extra mile, for example, how to navigate through the website payment center and doesn't tailgate me if I'm late paying for the month.
