As a homeless individual, I made the difficult decision to allocate all of my available funds for the month to secure this storage unit. The girl that help me was friendly with a smile showed me different units until I found one the fit my needs got me a drive up unit I recommend A1 storage is clean and well secured And the employees are very helpful

A-1 has great service! Manager Jesus, is awesome really helped us out. Didn't use the storage as long as expected, but would definitely go with this location again. Very clean facility. 😊

Jesus was a great, he help us find a right size for what we needed, we came in looking on short notice and he made the process fast and easy, he was very understanding and knowledgeable. He made us laugh and it was something we needed under the circumstances that my partner and myself are in. Hard to find great customer service nowadays and just want to give Jesus a BIG thank you for everything.

Awesome! Jesus has the best personality, always smiling, and goes above and beyond. Stayed open and signed me up even knowing he had a prior engagement not once did he make me feel rushed. Today I accidentally lift my step stool in the freight elevator an 1½hr later, Jesus says give me 5min I'll ran and check. It was still there. And he stayed open 2 mins later so I could pick it up. With a smile.!! Thank you Jesus!!!
