Never had any problems until the past week. I was in building 5 unit 579A 6-26-24 I got a call from the property manager, Jasmine. I was notified that my storage unit "was tampered with and it looks like they weren't able to get in". At the end of the call she stated that she needed a key on file to work on getting the door fixed. I came in and talked to Jasmine and again insisted to have the key on file. I was a happy customer here at $49 a month. There are some spots I wonder if I’m gonna fall through the floor but it was cheaper. I am on the road working I have been in South Africa. I’m in a completely different county. I received a rate increase for $84 randomly. They are month to month so they can change the prices however they want to. I’m on auto draft so I’m glad I opened my bill.

Clean, friendly place with an on-site restroom and very generous access hours. Highly recommended, and I would still use them, however, the rate increases (as often as six months apart) resulted in my rent for a small unit more than doubling (to almost $140) over a little over three years. I reluctantly found a unit twice as large for half the price at a competitor.
