Great experience. When I moved my items out of storage, the onsite staff contacted me to ensure that I was the one who emptied the unit, before I had a chance to call to close out.

When I first went in for boxes and paper the woman at the counter was incredibly helpful and nice... she was also masked and the store felt safe. My experience with her made me decide to rent a unit at the Lakeside location. The unit and building are very nice and I feel secure there.

The center has the nicest people. This is not just a place of convenience. Each of the staff bring exacting Service to the facility. They represent quality, caring, convenience, and personal experience. When you leave your belonging with them, you have confidence they are being cared for. Under the circumstances things went well. Due to Covid-19 I was not allowed in the office due social distancing. LuLu brought all the paperwork to me. When we went up for me to see the storage unit she sent me up the elevator first then she came up separately to maintain safe distancing. I had a couple of requests and she worked with me to achieve most of what I wanted. All in all the experience was positive.
