Had the best experience and actually rented a space then and there. The attendant was very professional and she helped us with all questions. We were just looking for the moment but she took the liberty of asking us if we wanted to see any units now. We were happy to look as she offered so quickly. Thanks again!
Very immaculate facilities with great security. Very convenient, and I could ask for nothing better. Highly recommended. Storage fees are going up all around but A1 in Lakeside is worth the price.
This place is a complete rip off. Do not store your stuff here unless you want to see your rates raised every year by about $40 each time. Before you know it, you are paying $475 a month for one non-climate controlled unit. Every year they claim “market conditions” cause them to raise their rates, but never tell you what market conditions. It is all a greedy money grab with this place. Your representatives went above and beyond standard customer service and it was appreciated. I was called at the onset and help offered. When I determined I would not need your service after all, I treated courteously and respectfully as they cheerfully closed out my request. Should I be in need of a storage facility in the future A-1 Storage is my go to place. Great job you guys!
Very easy and straightforward. The staff are very polite and are always there to answer any questions I have. The storage area is always very clean. Plenty of carts to move your belongings around.
