Although the employees were nice, I would not recommend your facility. Your prices are by far the most expensive. I paid for two months, the cost over $630.00 that is pathetic. My mother had passed away recently, employees did not seem to care. The price still gouged me. I said I was just diagnosed with leukemia, with a time of six months left, did not seem to care. I had a marvelous experience recently at A-1 Storage in La Mesa, on Center Drive. Glenda was my main point of contact there; she did the initial paperwork with me and got me oriented to my new space. TBH, when I first called to inquire about renting a unit at this facility, she answered. Her positive energy and friendly demeanor radiated through the phone, which initially brought me in. This has a 1 star only because Glenda is very intelligent and informative, who helped us originally at the office. AFTER that, ZERO (0) stars. It's very simple. I ordered a 8X10X10 Unit, and I got a corner unit which was about 40% less than that. It was cornered off (imagine a semi-circle corner cutting the room nearly in half). At the largest sides it was 9X9, and the short side was 2X4. It equates to roughly 50 sq ft instead of 80 sq feet. Absolutely RIDICULOUS! I barely got my stuff in, and can't put any more. You did great! There was no problem with getting the contract out of ANNE E PARTINGTON'S name, and getting contract into DONNA TRAYNOR'S name. It was fast and easy! Staff was very helpful, and very cordial! Great management! They get a grade of A+.
