Front desk staff are incredibly nice and very efficient. It was easy to switch the size of my unit after I didn’t need as much space, and both units have been clean and nice. The location is very safe. There is no air conditioning in the building where I store my things, so it does get hot when visiting the storage unit. But otherwise, very satisfied with A1 self storage! It also feels great to support a small business instead of a storage conglomerate.
Amazing! They were so helpful and Informational. Valentine helped me and measured the doors of the unit to make sure my items would fit. They were so great, efficient and pleasant to work with! Highly recommend this location.
Russell helped me when I came in, I had tons of questions since this was my first time renting a unit. He answered all of my questions and was patient. I made a good choice by coming to A-1 storage.
Came in today to prepare for a big move out of the city. On top of everything going on it has been very hectic. Valentine has been at the desk for a long time. He was there when I first moved back to the city in 2020 and I rented with them for a couple years. His professionalism and welcoming demeanor have made this place an island to rest on in the midsts of long journeys.
