Aaron was absolutely great! He answered all my questions, gave us a tour, and did all the paperwork quickly, accurately, and efficiently. He was friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, and understanding. The facility was clean, modern, and has lots of security. The pricing was competitive with what we were seeing at other places. All in all, one of the best places we looked at!

I was impressed. The storage facility was clean, well managed. Aaron took care of me at the Hollister location. Polite, professional, and if Gabby did call back when she did as a follow up. I may not of made up my mind then. Good follow up ,Gabby Carts were in good shape floor's smooth, clean. Thank you

My family has used a lot of storage facilities over the years -- and A-1 is THE BEST -- friendly, professional, very helpful and the place is VERY secure and spotless. I love the security they have; i never felt vulnerable or worried about the security of our unit. Thank you, A-1!

1 - THE MOTION GENERATED LIGHTING IN THE HALLWAY KEPT GOING ON AND OFF. THIS MADE IT DIFFICULT FOR ME LOCATE MY BELONGING IN THE DARK . I NEEDED TO GO OUT ( STEP INTO THE HALLWAY ) SIDE OF THE STORAGE SPACE CONTINUOSLY TO GET THE LIGHTS TO TURN ON. 2 - YOU SHOULD HAVE COLLAPSABLE CHAIRS OR STOOLS FOR PEOPLE WHO ARE WALKING WITHS CANES AND HAVE MOBILITY OR LEG PROBLEMS. 3- YOU SHOULD HAVE MANY LARGE CLEARLY WRITTEN SIGNS . Thank you, Francis. We appreciate your feedback. I am sorry to hear our system isn't to your liking. Our lights turn off after 10 minutes if there is no motion, this is to help save energy. We don't provide seating nor do we encourage sitting inside the storage facility. I am sorry the size of the signs appear small to you and I will double check them to see if they need to be larger.
