Anthony was pleasant, helpful and professional (a rarity these days). We got disconnected but he called me back. Was very thorough with the tour and reserving my unit. The rest of the staff was friendly too. I do not normally leave reviews but his service warranted one.
Staff was very friendly and informative when I came to inquire about a unit. They showed me several and I chose one that fit my needs. Most importantly, I was impressed with the cleanliness and modern quality of the facility, and the convenience of easy in-and-out access by car. Plus, the location is within easy walking distance from my condo if needed! Altogether I’m very pleased.
Was promised unit online, rolled up with all belongings trying to retrieve unit. Showing them reservation. A1 self storage was so unprofessional they forbid my reservation and luckily was able move into Prime storage. Very unprofessional a1 storage, be weary these crooks
I love renting storage space at this facility. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The building and storage units are very clean. The location is so convenient. Could not be a happier client.
The attendant was really what sold me. He was kind and walked me through everything. I appreciated the good customer service. Also, the location is clean and easily accessible.
