I give it 5 stars because the people, the service, the place are all nearly perfect. I used this storage for 4 months for my clothes and books. It is very clean, dry, and save. There are no dusts, bugs, spiders, whatsoever. The air is fresh inside the building and there is no bad smells. There are carts for you to use and the elevator is convenient.
