I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy. I reserved and paid online for my unit almost positive i picked the drive up access option but did not get even close to that. The two ladies at the front desk were not helpful or even nice never once did they crack the slightest bit of a smile and when i asked if could change units she made it seem as if it was an issue and proceeded to tell me they would be over 300+ a month. We currently have a storage space at this facility but found we needed another one for a few months. Marco put on a call list and called as soon as one we were looking for became available. His customer service was excellent and he was very helpful from the inquiry to setting up the contract for the second unit. We have always had great service here.
