I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy. I reserved and paid online for my unit almost positive i picked the drive up access option but did not get even close to that. The two ladies at the front desk were not helpful or even nice never once did they crack the slightest bit of a smile and when i asked if could change units she made it seem as if it was an issue and proceeded to tell me they would be over 300+ a month. We do not offer a 5x5 unit with drive up access, and the larger units with that access are considerably more expensive. With the COVID-19 precautions our staff will always wear a mask, which certainly can complicate communication. We're sorry to see you go, but someone from our facility will be reaching out to you to discuss a refund.

We currently have a storage space at this facility but found we needed another one for a few months. Marco put on a call list and called as soon as one we were looking for became available. His customer service was excellent and he was very helpful from the inquiry to setting up the contract for the second unit. We have always had great service here.
