The staff were definitely very Professional. I enjoyed renting the storage which was close to a year... Jo Ann and other staff were SUPER NICE...…. Should I be needing a storage in the future, I WILL DEFINITELY GO THE LOCATION ON MONTEREY AND LEWIS FOR SURE. The place is WELL ORGANIZED AND SUPER CLEAN.... I NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEM. I RATE THIS STORAGE AS 7 stars : * * * * * * *

Everything went well, from walking into office to the storage units to see the sizes of the storage units. The two ladies at front desk were very polite & friendly.
