The call center in San Diego was represented by Rachel - she was nothing short of Awesome, taking the time to search the A1 Storage facilities in my surrounding area. Rachel "listened" to my dissatisfaction with rate hikes from my current provider, Public Storage, and found a great price at A1 on Santa Ana Ave. location in north SJ. As promised by Rachel, the manager, James, was outstanding and thorough.
