It’s a safe, clean facility & the staff is very professional & helpful. The facility has security gates, cameras & the hallways have sensor lights to light your way towards your storage unit. Being a woman - I’m really “into” security- so these safety measures are appreciated. I feel safe going there alone. I have 2 storage units - due to a big move. Moving is stressful - this location lessons one aspect of the move - finding a clean & safe place during this transition.

James, the site manager is so sharp and customer service oriented. He really makes the experience so simple. He walks you through every aspect of the rental agreement and what the rules are and what is expected. This is my second rental with this site on Santa Ana in San Jose. I came back because of James. I believe he ready for the next step in career progression. Your site is always immaculate and well apportioned. Thank you again!
