Customer service is excellent, pricing is very competitive and the hours of access to my storage unit is great. The one thing that I see is a big strong negative is that the lock I was issued has given me nothing but problems. Not fitting right, unable to open. Hopefully it’s being corrected as I’ve already let management know.
