The process went flawless, I called some very nice receptionist/reservations she was very polite and very informative. I arrived and moved in the same day, and the gentleman that helped me was very thorough very helpful, and my experience couldn’t of been better due to their good attitudes, honesty, and no games or tricks. If I had anything to say negative, who is the only be the hours of operation but that’s not really a problem as the gentleman explain to me and I could always move up to another unit if I needed to. First thing I noticed, super clean facility! Elevator was clean and the carts provided actually worked! No wobbly lopsided carts! Vid in the front office easily explained location and best path to reach locker. Super friendly and helpful 👍👍👍
