Very friendly staff
Nae was professional and courteous, information about the storage unit and billing,locks,and code to elevator,etc...., give nae a higher position,such as manager or a raise she's golden to the company.
First off let me start by saying Ms jonae is A1 when it comes to professionalism and customer service; she was very helpful and very informative. The prices are great and the location is convenient. I would recommend this company to others.

Great, clean premises, several options, affordable price, handy location, and friendly treatment. What else can you ask? maybe a cup of coffee I forgot to drink.
Corey was super speedy, helpful, and kind getting my storage space set up. This location is brand new and was really easy to use.
Psima the agent greet you with a smile and very friendly. She went over all the units and explained your desires I left there check out some other storages, but her infectious smile and warmth made me come back and sign up Thanks Prisma great agent

Corey & Prisma are SO wonderful! Great customer service & knowledgeable of the new facility. As for the facility, it’s brand new with a ton of upgraded features to ensure safety & to prevent theft. The floor I have my unit on is temperature controlled for my paintings and valuables.
