Very friendly staff
Nae was professional and courteous, information about the storage unit and billing,locks,and code to elevator,etc...., give nae a higher position,such as manager or a raise she's golden to the company.
First off let me start by saying Ms jonae is A1 when it comes to professionalism and customer service; she was very helpful and very informative. The prices are great and the location is convenient. I would recommend this company to others.

Corey & Prisma are SO wonderful! Great customer service & knowledgeable of the new facility. As for the facility, it’s brand new with a ton of upgraded features to ensure safety & to prevent theft. The floor I have my unit on is temperature controlled for my paintings and valuables.
