Signing up for a storage unit was painless and Alexis was very helpful.

Good customer service but lacking in attention to detail. We kept talking about a specific size unit (10x15), but in reality, what was delivered was a 10x14. Also, first time I spoke with an associate and made a reservation, they actually forgot to follow through and make the reservation in the system.

Fantastic customer service. The reservation process could not have been more user-friendly, courteous, and customized to my individual needs. Over the years, I have found this level of attention to detail and obvious commitment to making the customer feel welcome and valued quite rare. As for the facilities, they are modern (brand-new, really), secure, and immaculate. Plenty of large hauling carts on wheels are available.
