Kaela is a superstar! She was quick, efficient, knowledgeable and patient. Lots of storage places these days (Public Storage and Extra Space Storage) are total scams. They get you to reserve the unit you like, with no money down and then when you get there to pay they conveniently do t have your unit available and they are so kind to put you in a larger unit for the reserved price. Easy to rent on-line. All paperwork needed to sign was on-line. Very easy. The only negative: There was a cheaper unit to rent on-line that showed it was available, however when I went to rent it, it was not available. When I went to the storage unit, the only thing I had to do was show my ID and let them know I had my own lock. Unit was available right away and the exact size I needed.
Excellent first impression. Just signed up for a space with Excellent service from manager. All clean, dry and well maintained
From beginning to end, have made my life SO easy! Super kind and professional service, proactive but not pushy, and always answer my many questions with kindness and helpful/ clear answers. I just super appreciate the people and the service I get here :)
It was horrible. They have a call center that doesn't know what the locations situation is. I was told my motorcycle would fit but when I got there, the layout wouldn't work. At least they should know how the access layout is and it's would be obvious it wouldn't fit. Had to cancel my flight, find another place, get a hotel to fly out the next day. Missed a big gathering with friends at home. Also, the call center will make the price sound great but when you show up, there's fees that add about 35% to it so their special ... read more
