Went to check out storage units today. I've never used one before. A1 Self Storage was the first one I went to and I didn't need to look any further. I was completely satisfied with what I saw and learned. Sarai was so friendly and helpful in helping me chose what I needed. The units are clean and easy to access. I think I'll be happy here.

We came to pay our unit but the office was locked up with a sign that said they were on grounds and to call a number to get assistance. We call the number multiple times and no one responded. So we had to call the emergency numbers to get some assistance. Horrible service!

I came to the public storage on Saturday and Joe was extremely helpful. Showed us the unit to make sure that it worked for us. I came back on Monday and Ariana set everything up for me. She was friendly, kind and the process was fast and easy. I would definitely recommend this location in la mesa.

The process online was smooth and fast. Check in was easy and we were able to view the unit firsthand before completing. Front office was also nice. They also have amazing discounts!
