Kelsey was very knowledgeable about their products and design. Evan and Rhyman did a wonderful job on the install. They were polite and left everything neat and clean.
Everyone was very helpful from beginning to end. My dad seems to feel I paid too much but it was all well worth it! Great service, great team!

One of the worst flooring jobs I've ever seen. I'm not sure if the installers were on drugs or the management to be honest. Please take your business elsewhere if you want the job done correctly. If you have money to throw away for very poor quality work, then this is the company for you.
VERY PROFESSIONAL AND NEAT JOB WELL DONE
Google review doesn't show my review for some reason, so here it is. We had engineered, floating, hardwood flooring installed by A & D over an area of approximately 1,500 feet in April 2020. During the pre-installation consultation, we spoke at length about the unlevel concrete subfloor emphasizing a specific spot. The installation was scheduled to take two days. Absolutely terrible service and attitude of sales office personnel; failed to advise of restocking fee(if you want to change or cancel order) although it is in very small minute print of sales order contract.. All they want is a "SALE" and will absolutely not help if you decide to question either of them regarding your order. Bottom line; their service sucks, charges are outrageously high, and it is not a customer friendly office.
