Absolutely terrible service. I wouldn’t trust this CU if it was my last option. If I could rate a negative start I would. I called and was verified with a PIN that was never set up. Second and third time I called it took over 15 min to be verified. Absolutely horrific experience that you don’t allow members into their account with several questions asked. This place is a dumpster fire and has rightfully earned the myriad number of 1 star reviews. So here's another one. Account flagged for fraud for using my venmo account and A+ says my security questions are incorrect even though they're not. Am told I have to go to the branch to fix things so I go there and they tell me the problem is fixed. Fast forward a few hours later and I'm still unable to make payments with my card because it's flagged for fraud and customer service tells me AGAIN my security questions are incorrect... read more
Unfortunately I was unable to leave a negative star rating. This place is Trash. The employees and rude. I will not go into detail. They were caught in many lies. If you do business with these people I would take my business elsewhere before you fall victim. I have many family and friends in the banking along with others that know this company and I was informed they are shady!!! Don’t Walk…..RUN!!!!
Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. They keep passing you on to someone else and they will just hang up on you. I will never do business with these people ever again. Do NOT do business with these people. They have no desire to help you. I changed insurance carriers and A+ did not update their records. Without any prior notifications from them , they sent a late payment of $14 to collections. They wrecked my credit for $14 because they didn't update their system with the new insurance carrier. They aren't consistent when applying your direct deposit. Of course there is flapping gums about "we post when we get it". However I have had my account for awhile and I used to get my direct deposit Thursday morning. Now i get it Thursday evening and there hasn't been a change with my employer. It's definitely time to start shopping around
