I’m a new patient to the office and was very impressed with my care after my first visit. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. My hygienist was gentle and friendly. Dr. Lau was very thorough and professional. I definitely very comfortable with the care that I received and am happy with my decision when I chose this office.
Great dentists and great experience in the treatment chair. Dr.Lau is simply the best dentist in town. She is top notch, highly skilled and great chair side etiquette. The billing and front desk people are incompetent. Front desk person Jasmine is plain rude in explaining why they were not able to send the required estimates and follow up treatments since late last year. Claims person messed up my Insurance claim submissions repeatedly and it’s hard to get a clear answer on the random billing statements they send out
This review is specifically for Dr. Chrystal and her wonderful RDA Kat. Dr. Chrystal is warm, friendly, and very efficient. Kat could not be more wonderful. She is caring and is excellent at her vocation. The two of them are like a finely tuned instrument at how they do their vocations. While the dentist is not the best place they make the experience a little less stressful.
We have always had a great experience with this office, even on short notice when our littles had urgent trauma needs. We’ve seen several Dentists, including Dr Herman (owner), and more recently with Dr Lau. I am grateful for their competent and compassionate care.
****Orthodontist Patients Beware**** SEE ATTACHED PHOTOS OF WHAT OVER TWO YEARS OF APPOINTMENTS AND $5000 GETS YOU! They will not deliver promised results. We spent around two years and around $5000 only to be left to start over again with horrible results acknowledged by the owner of A+ Dental (Dr. Herman). Don’t trust Dr, Herman like we did!
