****Orthodontist Patients Beware**** SEE UPDATED PICTURES OF RESULTS OF OVER TWO YEARS OF WORK AND $5000. They will not deliver promised results. we are a family of 5 and we go regularly to do the cleaning. This place is just looking to bill the insurance. Every time they insist to take an x-ray on kids. We clearly mentioned they are exposed to x-ray in the orthodontist office several times. Even when we are ready to sign the waiver they won't listen. Finally, I have to cancel the visit and bring back, my daughter. I will not recommend this place.
I was talked into a $25 a month plan that included 2 cleanings and a discount on services performed. I had a tooth pulled and recieved a discount, a week later I called to ask when my cleaning was scheduled, they said I had one cleaning and the second was scheduled six months out. I informed them that no cleaning was done on my prior visit. after a bit of back and forth they were not going to make it right and said they would have the office manager call, I have still not heard from anyone from A+ Dental Care about this. I went to Foothill Dental on a recommendation from a friend. First of all, I felt they looked in my mouth and wondered how they could make money on me. They suggested that I needed several procedures, so the one that I went with first was 2 caps on 2 of my teeth. I had the work done and I am soooo sorry that I did. In the first place, I was not having any trouble with either of these teeth but because of their recommendation I decided that I should do it. I had some dental work done late last year in December. I paid off my balance ,before I left the office ! I just got a phone call this week on April 5 2018.Saying they made a mistake and I still owe them money ! Not days later or weeks later. But months later! That's funny how they didn't catch the mistake until I switched to a new dental practice ! If they keep harassing me I will take them to the BBB !!!
