LONG STORY SHORT- We went through Captain Van Lines and A PLUS moving group. for our move ( NC to PA ). All of our stuff was loaded from our North carolina house, from Best For You LLC (moving company). When our stuff arrived in PA by Lexel Moving & Storage, most of our stuff was completely broken and thrown into the truck. A Plus Moving is misleading, dishonest and at this point crooks. They canceled my move last minute & have yet to return my deposit when services have not been rendered. Do not use them!
A Plus Moving Group company's performance was a complete disaster from start to finish. I had a long distance moving from Virginia to California. Their customer service was nonexistent, communication was abysmal, and their choice of carrier without insurance was a huge red flag. Horrific experience. Local rep will lowball your quote even though the goods arrived in Florida in the same size truck I was quoted on and I had less items that were quoted on. Cost me $700 more. They did not honor their contract. My home already transferred ownership and was still full of furniture. Here is a real review of a plus moving company also known as fly movers. They are posting fake five star reviews on here and google. Beware of this company!
They are known as Fly Movers. They just changed their name because of people calling them out for stealing their belongings and price gouging. They have left my family with a quarter of our belongings. I have called, text and emailed with no response. Their insurance company is in the process of dropping them so unless you want to be robbed do not use them! They were on the news in North Carolina for all of this. You can verify all of this by doing a little research.
