I rented the storage on line, which was very easy Then I went to your office and signed papers and gave a copy of my DL. All went well and was easy. Eric was very nice and helpful.

Eric and William we’re both very courteous and efficient. They did not hesitate to show various units that were available. I asked to see three and it was no problem. The overall experience was very pleasant. Eric was training William the day I was there. He was very patient and explained everything in detail to William. That kind of experience makes for a good future employee.

Ezra was AWESOME! She explained what units were available as well as the cost associated with each size unit, $50! She provided suggestions and solutions for my storage needs which was very helpful. When I walked in, she greeted me with a smile! Yes, she was wearing a mask but I could tell she was smile because of the tone in her voice. The office was very clean.
