Absolutely blown away at the excellent customer service I received in a time of need. I have property stored at another (competitor) storage facility which had a burglary and I lost much of my property. I didn’t feel safe leaving my property with them any longer. So I rented unit from you guy’s location at 38th and Milwaukee at 10pm Saturday night. I got phone calls from 3 managers wanting to help me rent your unit. Location decision lead to 3 contacts. Everyone was very nice and friendly, despite the fact that I needed a storage unit ASAP and had lots of questions. My call was even answered 8 minutes after closing (my apologies!!) Blake and Adam were very sweet and helpful!
