Absolutely blown away at the excellent customer service I received in a time of need. I have property stored at another (competitor) storage facility which had a burglary and I lost much of my property. I didn’t feel safe leaving my property with them any longer. So I rented unit from you guy’s location at 38th and Milwaukee at 10pm Saturday night. I got phone calls from 3 managers wanting to help me rent your unit. Location decision lead to 3 contacts. Super helpful, experienced and knowledgeable about products and storage units offered which was fantastic for me as I would of picked the wrong unit for what I was after.. I’m feeling extremely relaxed and looking forward to utilising this service.
Adam was great to work with...even though he didn't have a size that would work at the Milwaukee location, he called around an found the perfect size. Thanks again!!!

Super Easy and Convenient!
Everyone was very nice and friendly, despite the fact that I needed a storage unit ASAP and had lots of questions. My call was even answered 8 minutes after closing (my apologies!!) Blake and Adam were very sweet and helpful!
