Was having financial issues due to COVID. I called on payment due date and asked for an extension. When I called to make the payment on the date I was able to pay my fee aThe Property manager charge me excessive late fees it would not work with me or help manage the account. It’s unfortunate that word such economic crisis and you would think you’re storing your things with a family business and they would work with people to have families? Thanks Brandon! 82nd location.
