RecommendedJust walked out of the door with my daughter. This was the the smoothest kids dentist appointment I have ever been to. Everyone was super nice!
First let me start with I love Dr. P. Unfortunately today’s visit was horrible. The technician was rude and I never met the dentist who worked on my child. I know the office is growing but at what expense. The office manager provided a text book apology but I still don’t know who worked on my child. I hope this is not a sign of what’s to come.
I was told i was going go have braces for 2 years. Those 2 year's turned into 5 years. With that they threw off my entire bite that now causes my jaw alignment to be off which makes it pop each and every time i open my mouth. Which then caused them to be unable to fix my over bite. They tightened a roof appliance so tight it cut the roof of my mouth so bad the appliance had to be taken off. Now my jaw requires surgery to fix the popping and locking. Please see the letter below that I received from Dr. Frank Pettinato. My daughter who is 9 has seen Dr. Frank a few times and my son who is 4 had seen him once before the incident in this letter. My Son was very reluctant to go to the dentist and when the examination started he hit Dr. Frank in the nose and started crying. I understand that the was hit by a 4 year old but this whole page speaks about how he goes above and beyond for children.
