Horrible Dentist! Not responsible for patients! Insurance Fraud! Dr Zhang is the worst dentist I have ever have in my life- for real. She would smile at you when she wants to earn your business but will kick you out and offers no more help if you have any complaints about the poor service. Terrible. She performs a lof of unneeded procedures to ripe you off. She also conduct a lot of insurance fraud for procedures not even performed to maximize her profit....
