Just the nicest group of folks you would ever want to know. They always get my copies / blueprints out quickly and have spent extra time when plans sometimes don't scale properly. AAA can do any size job and their abilities continue to grow. Talk about full service!
Make sure you don't get screwed. They will add charges that you they didn't tell you about and justify it by saying everyone does that

Sorry you feel this way. When you ask for extra services you have to pay for extra services.In your case your drawings were not drawn to scale so for us to print your drawing to the proper scale we charged you a scale change to fix the scale so the bldg is built properly. Also staples, stamps and a digital set up for larger jobs will cost extra. When you ask for extra services you will be charged an extra fee for those services. This is an industry standard.
