I was quoted a price for removing waste from septic tank. I was not told of extra charges for extra hoses, that was left to the driver at time of service. $25.00 each to take a hose off the truck, connect together and put back on truck is a bit overpriced. If I was quoted $290.00 at my first call, I would not have used AAA's service. The employee who did the work was very good. I felt bad for him for having to up sell the customer. I called several other companies that would have been less.

Had a septic inspection and the review indicated that the septic tank was fine but the path from home to septic could be clogged. They recommended a plumber come out for a free inspection to see what the cost would be to clear it. Well the plumber came out and that the whole path would need replaced. This was done without him checking anything. Was told to see if roots or what may be clogging it would need a camera put through the pipe.
