I would recommend AAA in Longmont. The place is kept very clean and neat. The manager lives on the premises. It is surrounded by fences, they have an automated gate and security cameras so it's well guarded. I like the 24 hr access and I was there kind of late one day and bumped into the owner who is very nice and actually helped me moved a couple things. Good people.

I went AAA storage last year around Sept. Most of all, the manager owoman was so kind and did great support. Sorry I forgot her name. I recommend here if you need store something in Longmont.

We've been with AAA storage for a few years now. They've been so great during that time. We were there when the flood happened in 2013. And they were amazing at keeping us updated on everything going on. They've always held true to what they advertise or offer. We couldn't be happier with AAA, and would always refer friends and family here.

I was locked out of unit one day BEFORE my bill was due! Colorado's Self-Service Storage Facility Lien Act (C.R.S. § 38-21.5): * A storage facility cannot enforce its lien (lock you out, deny access, or move toward a sale) until you've been in continuous default for at least 30 days. * The statute is clear: "No enforcement action shall be taken by the owner until the occupant has been in default continuously for a period of thirty days." At first glance this storage facility is up to par but upon further inspection I've found that they have people LIVING in some units. Multiple times at night I've come to access my storage and saw cars and what looks as though a makeshift wall with extension cords coming out. I drove by the suspected unit and saw a light on inside and people living in it. When ownership changed this issue was not addressed. How can they allow someone to live in a unit knowingly? The WORST storage in the area. DO NOT RENT at their place. I moved out from their NOT SECURED facility on time, but i had an open lock hanging on the door, for then its considered occupied, they BILLED me for 2 month without contacting me. This is the worst location ever, employees are very rude and not friendly, clearly they do not care. STAY WAY from that place!!!!

They shouldn't even have one star after the dilemma they caused. I discussed payment with the manager one week before May 1st and confirmed the credit card on file and that my stuff would be out by the end of the month. The night before I move I get a mail notice of nonpayment and a late charge so I email them about it first thing the next morning. This is on Sunday when they are closed. False advertising on website offering free moving van, one month free, etc. Showed up to rent and they said because they were so full, they no longer felt they had to honor these coupons. Whhaaaat??? Owner is brutal. We showed up the day rent was DUE (NOT LATE) and she refused to let us remove our belongings. We had to pay an entire month's rent despite the fact that we did not want to renew. No negotiating, nasty attitude. Beware. There is too much competition in this field to put up with such bad customer service.
