RecommendedFAR less $$ than what I was paying my previous home security provider (who shall remain nameless) BUT (and it's a heavy "but") I do wish it came with a user manual so that I could take advantage of all the available options!
The service is great. It really brings peace of mind and the price is really competitive. The app is really user friendly and the technician who performed the install was great. Would recommend for anyone looking to get a security monitoring service.
After dealing with another company, it was refreshing to work with a company that works with customers. The technicians Billy and Derek were competent, very patient and all my questions. They were very neat and cleaned up the area that they used. If their work was any indication of how CSAA will treat their customers; I will be customer for a long time. Quality people in this company. Our installer was amazing. Very knowledgeable, answered all of our questions, & installation was flawless.
When I called at 7 o'clock in the morning My phone call was returned with in 15 minutes and my problem was solved within 5. A great company to work with never had any problems
Mark went above and beyond getting me set up over the phone. I had lots of security concerns and he found creative solutions quickly and professionally. And the two men who did the install were on time, efficient and made it easy and fast. No complaints here,,,Highly recommend.
