Jeff is amazing and knowledgable of his job. Very polite and understanding of our family needs. Very fkexible when we ask to make changes on things needs to be done. He showed us how to use our equipments and answered all our questions.

Had A3 Smarthome install alarm system in new home. Kei Harris, the technician, spent nearly 10 hours getting the system set and ready to use. It was a very big job! He was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable about the system. He exercised patience walking us through the use of the system. It's important to note, Kei did this on a holiday weekend (Memorial Day) and was not able to take a lunch break. AAA Smart Home upgraded the security system in our condominium yesterday and I am thrilled with the service they provided.
